Transforming your body – whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, or building strength takes time, patience, and consistency. That’s why I don’t offer 4 or 6 week “transformation packages” that promise fast results but don’t last.
Short term fixes might make the number on the scale go down, but without real habit and behaviour changes, those results often disappear just as quickly. Instead, I focus on long-term, sustainable progress so you can build strength, confidence, and a lifestyle that works for you.
Why a 12-Week Minimum?
To make real, lasting changes, I recommend working together for at least 12 weeks. This gives us time to:
- Create habits that stick – because change doesn’t happen overnight.
- Adjust your training & nutrition as needed – so your progress is realistic and sustainable.
- Support you through life’s ups and downs – because progress is never linear, and that’s okay.
We didn’t build bad habits in a few weeks, so we can’t expect to undo them overnight ! But with the right approach, we can create changes that last.
